Overview
Who can grant edit access to a proposal?
The proposer of a proposal, administrators, or any approver in the workflow with the checkbox Proposal editable by approver(s) at this step can grant another user edit access to the proposal.

How do I grant another user edit access to my proposal?

- After leaving a comment select the Grant edit access while in this step checkbox
- Click Comment to send your comment and grant edit access
- Click Cancel to return to the previous screen.

How long does the user have edit access?
Users will have edit privileges until the proposal moves to the next step in the workflow or (if it is in a draft state) until the proposal is submitted to the workflow.
Revoking edit access
Can I revoke a user’s edit access?
While a proposal is in the draft state you can revoke their edit access.
- From within a proposal, click Sharing in the right panel.
- Click the trash icon next to the name of the user whose edit access you would like to revoke.
- Click Save to save your changes.
- Click Cancel to return to the previous screen.
