Why can't I access the form configuration?

The following scenarios may prevent you from accessing form configuration:

• Your institution does not have admin form configuration enabled. 
  • This change will require our Support team to adjust for you. 
• You are not an Admin user within Curriculum Management.
  • This change will need to be made by an Admin user within your institution to grant access, when appropriate.
• Another user is currently editing the form. If another user is currently editing the form, the following message will display:
  

Note: If the user editing the form closed their browser window or tab without navigating away from the form configuraiton page, other users will be locked out of editing the form until 10 minutes of inactivity have passed.
