Versions are no longer used within rule sets and should be avoided. If versions are used; the last version created will be what is linked to the program and you can not choose between versions.
If a new Rule Set is needed, it is suggested that a new one be created instead. When creating a new one, it may be helpful to append a year or term to the end of the titles if they are to have similar names to make it easier for you to tell them apart.
For example, you may have a 'General Ed Requirement' that will have a new version for the upcoming year. If they maintain the same title, when you add them to the program it will be difficult to determine which one to use, as shown in the example below.
Providing them with additional information at the end, such as a year, will make identifying them simpler from year to year, as shown below.
