Can update the options within a dropdown list?

There are two types of dropdowns available within CM - a dropdown gadget and an options dropdown gadget. 

If you are using the dropdown gadget, we would need to make the updates for you as part of a change request. If you are using the options dropdown gadget within your form, you will be able to update the options that appear in the list at any time.

You can update the options that are referenced within an option type at any time, and that will update the options available for selection within the options dropdown gadget. To do this, you would navigate to System Settings > Option Types > [Name of option type to update] > Set Options.

Here, you'll be able to add or modify any of your existing options. There is not a limit of options that are available; and you can add as many as you need to. You can see more information on editing option types here.
