Can I delete a version of an item if it was created by mistake?

Yes! Although we can not revert a proposal that has been completed, if this was done in error - an Admin user can delete the completed record, and then a new proposal can be submitted by the proposer. 

To delete the latest version:

• Navigate to the record you would like to delete
• Ensure you are viewing the version that needs to be removed
• Click on the Delete option in the upper-right corner.

This will remove the selected version, leaving other versions in place.
