Is there a way to export workflows or save them externally besides taking screenshots?

We don't have an option for exporting the data for workflow but you can save the configs in JSON if you would like.

You can get the ID for the workflow by viewing any of the workflows, and grabbing it from the URL - like this: https://{{institution}}.kuali.co/cm/#/flowbot/{{workflowID}}
