When would I add a user to a Role?

Users should be added to a Role when that user needs specific permissions or to serve a function within the approval workflow.

Assigning a user to a Role allows system administrators the flexibility of moving individual users in and out of roles that have assigned permissions or functions within workflow, without having to modify those attributes for each, individual user.
