Managing Custom Integrations with Kuali
Hello everyone,
We run into issue recently on managing our integrations with Kuali. We have quite a few integrations with SharePoint, D2L Brightspace and our custom system created in house. We found that updates in Kuali sometimes can break our integrations, for example, when filed format was changed. We are used that cloud systems such as D2L or ServiceNow upgrade or patch our test environments first and we have at least one week to prepare for changes implementation into prod. Kuali's practice is to upgrade all environments at the same time, which, as we discovered, can be an issue for us.
It happened twice recently that some updates broke integrations and we did not realize it until later. Has any school run into similar issues with integrations working with Kuali's API?
